Flatpin Technology D310

Overview

Three-phase synchronous electric motor powered by permanent magnets. The stator, designed with a concentrated winding, features Flatpin technology, which makes it possible to significantly reduce the size and maximise the fill factor. The winding is pressed directly onto the yoke, simplifying the assembly process. The rotor is composed of internal permanent magnets (IPM).
This product offers a high power and torque density on the performance side, ensuring high efficiency and reliability at low speeds, which allows it to be applied without the use of gearboxes.
Thanks to the stator solution adopted, this motor is particularly suitable for highly customised solutions for low production volumes.
The D310 range comes in three length-modulated performance variants as an ‘Off the Shelf’ series.
