“60 Minutes With…” Continues to Inspire Dialogue, Leadership, and Inclusion

The format was created as an opportunity to pause, listen, and be inspired: one hour of open conversation with guests who share experiences, visions, and practical insights that help us better understand the present and shape the future.

In the most recent edition, we had the pleasure of engaging in a conversation with Caroline Caporossi, social entrepreneur and founder of Roots and The Association for the Integration of Women—a Modena-based initiative that brings together entrepreneurship, education, and social integration.

In dialogue with Matteo Torre, CEO of HPE Group, the discussion explored themes that go beyond traditional entrepreneurship, including:

• the courage to make unconventional choices
• diversity as a tangible value, not just a stated principle
• the responsibility of leadership in guiding people and creating real opportunities

One key message clearly emerged: diversity is not a slogan—it is a commitment that must be lived, built, and sustained every day.
