HPE Group Launches Its First Sustainability Report: A Voluntary Step Toward a More Responsible Future

Starting in March 2025, HPE Group began the journey that will lead to the release of its first Sustainability Report.

Though not required by law, this initiative stems from a deep conviction: sustainability is not only an ethical choice, but a key driver of long-term growth and competitiveness.

This project reflects HPE Group’s concrete commitment to balanced development across people, the environment, and business, fully aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles. It’s a future-oriented vision grounded in the solid foundations built daily by our people.

The initiative is being carried  out through a program of training and operational support. An internal cross-functional “Sustainability Task Force” was immediately established, involving representatives from key departments such as Purchasing, HR, Communication & Marketing, Administration, Safety, Quality, and Planning.

The goal? To collect the necessary data, map current processes and initiatives, and build an accurate, comprehensive picture of the Group’s sustainable commitment.

After an initial series of introductory workshops—focused on regulations, best practices, and data collection methods—the project moved into a second phase: in-depth meetings with each department, to explore specific sustainability topics and highlight the unique contribution of each area.

Early data already show promising results, particularly in the reduction of raw material consumption, such as energy, methane gas, and water.
